Therapy for Therapists
A 12-Week Growth & Reflection Group
Facilitated by Kelsey Mudge, LMFT
For Graduate Students & Emerging Therapists
Being a therapist is an amazing experience, AND it can also be draining and exhausting. I remember being in graduate school and having days where I was so thankful to be working towards being a therapist. I also had other days where I was studying with tears of frustration in my eyes. It’s such a whirlwind being a therapist.
I’ve created this group because, I’m sure like me, you’ve experienced the highs-and-lows of being a therapist. This 12-week group is a supportive, reflective space designed specifically for graduate students and emerging clinicians to explore what it really means to grow into the role of “therapist.” It’s a space to learn and process. And a place where you can feel seen and heard.
Together, we’ll go through a variety of topics, targeted to help your journey of being a therapist.
What to Expect
Over 12 weeks, you’ll join a small group of peers via a platform called Simple Practice. This space is an opportunity to experience personal reflection and professional development.
